* Supplemental Works: These are jobs where it makes sense to take advantage of the scaffold being in place such as painting the walls, repair of the front elevation attic window as well as undertake any other work in preparation for our centenary celebrations.

Neither option includes the cost of an arborist to remove branches overhanging the roof.

 

Neither quote covers roof insulation.

For the clay tiles option, we will be using a working target of £80K. The Village Hall committee will not sanction any on-site work until funds surpass £50K.
